well today's training was very tiring. TO ME
5 fast rounds with chiong, then 7 laps of suicides (alrdy enough to kill me)
today's trng was great i shall say. the team spirit was there.

adeline and clara joined us today.
i think adeline is cute !and i told her, she said "so cute for what?"
haha, she wants to be cool lah, but she's really cute. and she's very encouraging as well.
