BACK FROM CAMP

This is one of my most tiring trainings ive gotten so far. 3 trainings a day was draining.
And the shitty thing is that I DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT AT ALL. yessss not at all!

1st training:
3rounds around the stadium within 8mins (4sets)
which means we ran 12 rounds = 4.8km under that killer sun (I still got burnt even after spamming all the sunblock and sunscreens)
the dragon boat guys were training as well, and coach said right in their face.. see I so kind to all of you, let you all run with all the muscular guys. LOOK AT THEIR WELL DEFINED MUSCLES *points to all of them* WAH PIANGZ shame shame~~ANYWAY they're really very hot okkk! esp him :D
then we went on with shooting hoops.. i was conserving energy so not that tired!
BTW, for the 4 rounds I ran first, and coach was like WAH i thought ting yi no stamina and very lazy oneeee?? CHEY prove you wrong hor.

REST AWHILE had lunch and second training.

ok so at night me and partner couldn't sleep!
HEHE so we talked for quite awhile and tried to hypnotize each other to sleep.
YEAH but I slept woke up slept woke up. COZ the floor was too hard!
and we slept at the dance studio which the whole stretch of glass is transparent, all the people walking pass were so distracting!! haha but when hot guys walk pass then OK LAH just walk.

I think this camp seriously not bad! we're a more bonded team now. I HOPE WE CAN WIN!
