My first POL-ITE medal, a humble silver cookie. I don't exactly think I deserve this, not because I didn't train hard enough, but because I struggled to play like how I used to. I've no idea why, but it seems like I am so far away from what others expect of me. It's tough, crawling and hanging onto that glimpse of hope, hoping that I can find back the real self on court. It seems as good as impossible, but the thing is this... I can't find a reason why. I know every player has their on and off times, but throughout these POL-ITE matches, I'd rate myself 1/6. I guess, I only did well for one game, and I got to say the feeling sucks. Feels fucked. Just wanna find the old Ting Yi on court, that would suffice.
I shan't brood over this anymore, because afterall Basketball is a team sport. With 5 mans on the court, 7 souls and many others cheering, we won as a team, I should be happy and contented. Cheers to the team. Sadly, I'm honestly going through a cycle of immense decision making, contemplating if I should just leave this team. Truthfully, words spilling from my heart: is this passion dying?
On a lighter note, yesterday marks the end of those ferocious project submissions. The marketing cohort is finally done with all the projects. For now, the only things that are left with are presentations and 2 end semester test. Do you know, the mkt students enjoy 3weeks advance holidays than the rest. Which means my holidays are nearing, come to mummy... just 2 more weeks and I'm done with. Meanwhile, I'm counting down.
I am so proud of myself that I've been through so much this week. I feel like I'm a superwoman. Days could be as packed as, 9-11am meet jap group, 11-1pm meet proj group, 1-2pm meet proj group, 2-4pm jap roleplay, 4pm-1am get every single shitass project done. *SLITS WRIST* *SLITS THROAT*
You know.... I've this project group member, her name is NATALIE :) I think we make good friends, we've a lot of things in common, including the type of guys?! haha retarded to say, funny to hear, but it's true....! :D We did totally berserk and insane stuffs that last night when we all stayed back late in school to get our annoying yet lovable projects done. The things we did were as crazy as screaming into the fan, exclaiming "FREEDOM!!!!", running and skipping around the school track at about 1245am, singing (or you should say screaming) our favorite chinese song, 情飞得以. We were out of our mind, really! BTW, in the group I personally feel the both of us are the most efficient ones LOL
