I'M STILL IN THE XMAS MOOD

I am SO excited to talk about my xmas week. I've been going out... yup that should be how we should spend our holidays right? That's why I'm certainly not looking forward to the new year, and not to say for school to start. I got myself a new planner for the year 2012, and January is pretty much filled up already. It's not a bad thing, I know it's going to pass by in a blinding flash, so #leggo babies~~

How should I start? From the most recent? yup that should be it, cos I'm real excited to talk about my darling's dessert party :)

and let's start the ball rolling! This is dish #1: From the backyard
Aloe vera cubes/ Limau (kaffir lime) leaves/ Lemongrass cremeux/ Lemon balm
Pretty good for the start! The sourish taste really got my taste bud rolling~ The best thing about this dish is that it's gluten-free, nut-free & 100% vegan. The name explains it all, natural ingredients her mum and neighbors planted. AMAZING? :)


This is dish #2: Family Of Parsley
Carrot juice jelly/ Parsley gel/ Celery-anise sorbet/ Chocolate tempura/ Anise cake crumbs
This is very very interesting. I'm a very vegetable person, so I find it extremely cool to have vegetables in my desserts! 100 points for creativity!!!!!

Passion fruit cheesecake foam/ Black sesame Ice-cream/ Salted crumble/ Peppered Pineapple caviar/ Black sesame malto/ Starfruit dehydrated

That's a lot of component to this awesome this. This is personally my favorite dish! I love how the salted crumble compliments the cheescake foam. It's kinda like a detached cheesecake. And the black sesame ice-cream was good :)

I'm scared for IVP because i've not been going for trainings.. I'm scared very uncertain of my playing time.. because I hope I get my playing time (because i think he might not use me as much) when can I ever find this passion back?
