A personal post

Dear blog, even though I haven't been updating here, be sure that you had been at the back of my mind each time before I turn off my lappy. I had been wanting to pen down some thoughts down, but I had been dealing with an almost unorganized 1 week hiatus.

OKAY. The peak month has arrived, hereby waving at me like nobody's business. I had been busy with work lately. (Not THAT busy, at least I get to take a breather on the weekends *CLAPS*) I've gotten all my mid-sem tests paper back and I'm pretty satisfied with my results. I've got 3As and 1B. Really mad at my "B" because, I had been aiming As ever since the start of the semester?!

Just today, when we (me, jo & azi) walked passed the board of directors list (top 10% of the cohort), both their names were up there. Honestly, the thought of getting into DHL never crossed my mind before, all I wanted was to pull up my frigging GPA up (cos I screw up my yr1) and of course "winning" that someone (I know it's seriously childish to hear me say that, but trust me I myself can't believe this too). But screw myself for not having this thought at the start of poly. Talk about goals, I didn't have any when I entered TP. Talk about regrets, how bout what took me so long to have one. Talk about what took me so long to have one, how bout being flicker minded. And the list goes on and on...

At times when I think back, I feel like I can write a book if I jot down every single wrong decisions I made(OR you can say what I could have done to make things better or rather make me a better person). Maybe then I can even educate my children on what not. As what the old people always say, there's some things you can never learn from the book. And this is true, very very true.

For now, I'm going to give my best best best for the projects and presentations hoping to score a 3.6 and above this sem! Best of luck to me people! And in 2 months time I'll be going to shanghai for 3 months for my internship. An adventure awaits me. Till then, this blog will be constantly updated :D (maybe even in chinese HAHA)





Talking about taking a breather during my weekends. Made my way to Chua Chu Kang to meet my love after 5 days. Really felt like my week was rewarded the moment I saw him. Really appreciate the late night talks, I freaking can't describe how happy it is to hear your voice even after a freaking blue day. No, these aren't words, they're true feelings. And sorry for being a chilli padi, I know I'm quite annoying and irritating at times. Love you plenty (L)(L)(L)

I see a need to write

Sorry I had been leaving this space for quite awhile... I had been wanting to write in this space a lot , but I barely have enough time to do so. My free time to use the com is during the night, but now, I'm using this time to do revision for my upcoming mid sem test.

I was trying to do a VLOG the other day, but it's quite failed. HMM, still wondering if I should get it uploaded here :D comments pleaseeeeee?

25th May was my dad's birthday, and he was craving for DIM SUM, so we went for 126 Dim sum. They serve pretty decent dim sum there with a wide wide variety. The best thing bout 126 is that they're open all day, you can have decent dim sum as and when you want. Even after clubbing sessions :D heh! jus sayin. I've no intentions....

I went rollerblading with my baby boy yesterday. It was his first time blading, and this teacher here really sucks. Luckily he can pick up himself.... kept exclaiming that he's talented hahah. My cutie pieeeeeee. And we had a feast at Lagoon after 2 hours of blading.

Had been wanting to post these pictures here, so I should do that now! Last week was a pretty healthy week, met Doreen to swim and jogging sessions in the school gym! Next up, we are planning to go yoga sessions :D Met up with Lydia to study too. "AHS friends will always stay." How true, right? :)








With Azimah! That day I almost almost need to do a dare. I did not have to do it because I was 2mins to being late. So.... we had this rule from the start of the sem: Do a dare if you are late.
So we were meeting at 1130am, and I was running late.... For TP students, we always impose the 15mins rule. That means, if I reach at 1145am I'll be spared.... so at 1142am Darren texted saying: "You've 3mins to your dare. HAHA" and 1 minute later.... I appeared with a...

And the funniest thing was that all 5 of them were like:



ahhhh SHIT....

HAHAHA really super funny. And they were already planning my dare. For me, to crash into the seniors graduation ceremony and shout a cheer inside. CRAZY, I'll get expelled can?! haha but this rule sure works.



I also made peanut butter chocolate cake. Recipe from chef dolly :D



On days that we miss each other, we'll send picssssss :)

busy bee

I've not been updating this space cos I had been pretty busy and caught up with school and projects lately. It's only the start of the sem, sooooo let's go! I'm trying to get a placing in OSIP, overseas internship.

School's been teaching us a lot. I'm taking this module called Strategic Marketing and it teaches us Sun zi bing fa's theory.. It's taking us to a whole new level of competitiveness, among the various groups in my class. Last year, the senior class were so competitive that the broke down, no grad trip, no grad chalet, no, nothing. I don't want to compete, I just want to give our very best and score well, but competition is inevitable and we are already in one now. We are playing a game in SM, where we strategize and compete with the other groups in my class, then the cohort. It's fun. Big companies make their employees learn through these games as well!

Also doing one on Milkmaid, Nestle. We had a client briefing and look what the client gave us.

A few days back.... this bird flew into my house, and me and my maid decided to catch it, since we had extra cages and all... We wanted to leave it till my dad comes back, but it died one day later.... so guilty..... right :'(

My group (last year's) were the finalists for our project among the whole cohort. We came in first runner up tho, so we dint win the 500bux. Instead we had this as consolation prize. LED light!
