Of course this is according to my weight, the heavier you are the more you burn, like wise the lighter you are the lesser you burn! So the 3 of them were cycling and I was rollerblading, imagine how my trotters were moving so swiftly... I swear I was really tired after that. I feel so lousy cos I used to train 9 hours a day and NOT get tired. sigh oh sigh~

DAY 3-
I went to study with my friends at the airport, and we went to MACS to study. I know I cant eat anything from there so I brought my lunchbox!
Yep.... salad without dressing again! and that's my papaya milk at the background :D It's too sweet, so I'm thinking of juicing freshly made ones.
And at night, I had steamed fish, a few pieces of boiled broccoli and cabbage soup!
DAY4-

Oh! I've a short and stupid story to tell. When I was skating...
took this when my parents were snacking on some prawn crackers and I had to escape from temptations. I love the beach, reallyyyyyy. and... look at the azure blue sky!
East coast park! The flowers were really blooming.
These froyos are pretty cool, they used fresh fruits to churn the flavors out!
After skating we went to have XO fish slice beehoon soup. It's frigging awesome?! I was like.. mummy why so nice make me eat so much.... *gives that guilty face*
and I ate half of this butter prawn....
