My diet clock STARTS

Hey everybody *speaks like leticia*.... I'm back on a diet! (Started yesterday)
No particular reasons why I decided to slim down again, just thought I should pose a challenge to myself that I can actually do it. I'm pretty determined, so yeap! Plus I'm blogging about this and doing it openly, so I better succeed if not I'd prolly need to drill a big fat hole to hide my face..

SO here goes my diet plan! BTW, I'm making sure my diet consists of enough nutrients, and meets the recommended intake of the Singapore RDA. (YES, putting what I studied into good use)

1) No empty-calorie foods
Empty-calorie foods simply means foods that contribute energy but are lacking in protein, vitamins and minerals. Which means gives you a hell lot of calories but NO nutrients at all. Some examples are like, carbonated beverages, ice-creams.....
*For this I'm excluding frozen yogurt, cos I suppose that's not empty calorie cos yogurt itself contains some nutrients...

2) Snack on the right snacks
This is my weakness, really. I can skip meals, just to snack. I love all kinds of sweet stuffs and I crave for them almost everyday. I love chocolates & ice-creams. See? empty calorie foods!!! So i'm abstaining from eating anything along the line. Snacks like raisins are acceptable. BTW, I'm a big fan of raisins. I LOVE RAISINS. And I recently found a new snack to binge on- BABY BITES! It's only 17 KCAL each, no trans fats. It's not exactly a good snack cos there's sodium & sugar... but it's okay, my body needs them!

3) Eat in moderation
You must be quite scared when I mentioned binge on... okay I mean munch on. I'll eat everything in moderation. Stop when I'm 3/4 full!

4) Follow my meal plans
Breakfast: oatmeal w raisins/ cornflakes w raisins & milk/ wholemeal bread
Lunch: Eat a proper meal, soupy stuffs/ porridge
Dinner: Salad/ yogurt

5) Main source of protein- soy
I don't eat meat, so I'm quite low in proteins.. I make sure I eat a lot of fish though. There's two kinds of proteins.. Complete and Incomplete. Soy falls under complete protein. Incomplete proteins means they are low in one or more of the essential amino acids. So what strict vegetarians do is that they pair incomplete proteins together to make a complete protein.. (complementary proteins) YUP, so i'm drinking soymilk for good!

6) Papaya milk
Previously, when I slimmed down my bust shrunk, SADLY. So I don't want to risk it this time.. Drinking papaya milk to increase bust size might sound like a myth to many, but I did substantial research to prove that it actually HELPS promote increased bust size. BTW, i'm not concern of NOT having big boobs, I just don't want it to shrink....... cos it already did. And making sure it doesn't go any further HAHA

Shouldn't get too wordy with my blogpost, but I do have a lot to say about my diet plans and what I learned during Basic of Nutrition classes. So I'm going to continue posting about nutrition in my upcoming posts. Of course.... I'm going to reveal my weight.... yes right here... right smack here....

Yesterday when I started I was 49.7kg, and currently I'm standing at 49.3kg

This is my BMI btw... I dontknow why it says I'm underweight... but im going with it IDC!

45.5kg!!!!
Before my Bangkok trip on 21st march. This is possible, if I follow my diet strictly and if my weight decreases each time I weigh myself.

My ideal weight is 46kg, so I'm leaving 0.5kg to eat all I want in Bangkok! HAHA sounds like a good deal right? And after I hit 45.5/46, I'll then consider if I want to slim down further. I don't want to become too skinny and look like some malnutrition person.

The sun was scorching hot, so my constant spamming of mr. sunblock didn't exactly work. My back is kind of red now, and I resemble rudolf the rednose reindeer, i'm frigging serious. My nose really super red -.-
